President & CEO

Tim Phillips, President and CEO of Legacy Bagels International, is an accomplished business executive, entrepreneur, and U.S. Air Force veteran with extensive experience in leadership, operations, sales, and business growth.

Originally from Rome, New York, Tim grew up with a love for authentic New York-style bagels and great food. That connection has helped shape his vision for Legacy Bagels: serving fresh, all-natural bagels made with quality ingredients while staying true to the tradition of a great New York bagel.

With a background in business management and executive leadership, Tim has spent his career growing organizations, developing teams, and building strong operations.

Since taking the helm at Legacy Bagels in August 2024, Tim has focused on expanding the brand while preserving the feel of a neighborhood bagel shop. He believes great food brings people together and that every Legacy Bagels location should build meaningful relationships within the community it serves.

For Tim, Legacy Bagels is about more than bagels and coffee. It’s about creating welcoming places where people can gather, connect, and enjoy great food while building a brand centered on Quality, Service, and Excellence.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Legacy Bagels on University Drive in Prosper is legit! Everything was fresh and delicious. We loved the great variety of bagels and cream cheese flavors, especially the chocolate chip cream cheese, chocolate chip bagels, and sugar bagels. I had the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich, which was excellent. The kids all found something they loved, and they even had a great vegetarian option. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend—definitely a well-earned 5 stars!
